This will be the third Player Protection Workshop that AMLGS have delivered for remote and retail operators. Our latest Player Protection Workshop will cover the recent and upcoming changes to LCCP requirements relating to customer interactions. Player Protection and Responsible Gambling should be the number one priority for licence holders. With the increasing enforcement action and changes to licencing obligations, it is vital for the industry to stay a step ahead.
Protecting consumers from harm and complying with licence obligations is not a simple task to achieve. Our workshops are always comprehensive and interactive to allow attendees to reach the desired learning outcomes.
AMLGS specialises in training remote and retail operators. With the use of their clinical specialists and industry experts we have been working with operators and regulators to improve the knowledge and skillset for the sector on all aspects of Player Protection. AMLGS have trained many operators on their player protection processes, specifically, customer interactions and how the regulator expects them to look, including the complex task of evaluating the effectiveness of interactions.
Operators that have undertaken and utilised this effective training have received praise and recognition for their industry leading processes. Every remote operator should be striving towards having in place, the best player protection processes and interactions, creating a safer gambling environment for their customers.
